Ruth Minerva is a long time resident of Carmel and an active member of the Carmel community. Having moved here from England in 1977, she has lived and raised a family in the Carmel Woods area, gaining an infinite amount of knowledge of the cities, schools and downtown businesses of the Monterey Peninsula. Ruth's love of meeting and interacting with new people also led to a volunteer position with the Carmel Chamber where she regularly assists in the Visitor’s Center. Ruth brings to her four year real estate profession a wealth of knowledge gained from over 40 years of experience in the graphic design, advertising and marketing industry in London, England and Monterey, CA. Ruth’s approach with all clients is first and foremost to listen to and understand their goals and expectations. Using her knowledge of marketing, when listing a home, she develops a marketing plan that is unique to your property. She monitors the real estate market on a daily basis and updates and informs her buyers and sellers of any changes. Her excellent communication skills and attention to detail are evident in every transaction she oversees. Ruth she fell in love with the Monterey Peninsula when she first moved here over 40 years ago and now sees herself as a lifelong resident. She enjoys living a quiet life in a quintessential Carmel Cottage with a part-time, somewhat ornery rabbit called Bun.
